Most engagements use several of the firm’s practices at once. All of them begin the same way: with a telephone call, a meeting and a survey of the premises.

How an engagement begins

  1. A telephone call. To the New York office, +1 212 014 0147. We will not discuss particulars on the telephone and will ask you not to.
  2. A meeting. At our office or yours, with an inertial present. We ask what you wish to keep private, from whom, and why you think it is not.
  3. A survey. Our technicians measure the field on your premises and sweep them for devices, usually over five working days.
  4. A proposal. In writing, delivered by hand: what we recommend, what it will cost and what it will not do.
  5. An arrangement. Placements, sweeps and readings on a schedule, reviewed with you every quarter.

What it costs

Fees depend on the premises, the field and the length of the arrangement. Rates are given in writing, with the proposal. A first meeting is without charge.
