Wendell Abernathy designed the Runciter Associates Intranet Suite and leads the team of four that maintains it. He joined the firm in 2015 from a payroll software company in New Jersey, where he worked for fourteen years, latterly as head of development.

He designed release 1.0 of the Suite in 2016 and release 2.0 in 2021, both around the support desk: one table of staff, one file of mail, and every error shown in full so that it can be read aloud over the telephone.

He is preparing release 2.1.
